Environmental Protection and Sustainability

As an international company we from FraP Metall see human rights and environmental protection as an important prerequisite for good collaboration, both with our customers and with our employees. At this point we would like to give you a brief insight into our Code of Conduct. Only the main points are mentioned.

  1. Both forced labor and child labor will not be tolerated.
  2. Local / national regulations and laws on working time, wages / salaries and benefits are observed.
  3. Our employees have the right of fair, respectful and courteous treatment by superiors and colleagues.
  4. Discrimination and disadvantages based on gender, nationality, religion, age, appearance or the like will not be tolerated.
  5. Applicable safety standards in the workplace and in the production are observed.
  6. According to the responsibility towards the coming generations we sat on environment-friendly products and packaging.
  7. Waste of resources (any kind of it) will not be tolerated. Resources are to be used sparingly.
  8. Corruption, collusion competition, fraud and unfaithfulness distort competition and affect confidence. Therefore corrupt behavior will not be tolerated and any semblance of influence should be avoided.
